Melexis MLX75x23 Image Sensors with MLX75123 companion chip provides a complete Time-Of-Flight (TOF) sensing solution. These MLX75x23 image sensors feature 320 x 240 Quarter Video Graphics Array (QVGA) TOF pixels based on DepthSense® pixel technology. The MLX75023 TOF sensor supports up to QVGA resolution with unpaired sunlight robustness. The MLX75123 controls the TOF sensor, the illumination unit and streams data to the host processor.  These chipsets offer performance, flexibility, and simplifies the design and allow a very compact 3D camera.
